As always, there's no such thing as "good" or "bad". It depends on what you are doing. Different workloads have different use different hardware in different ways. Do you need the extra cores? Are you taking advantage of the turbo boost speed? What are the rest of the specs of the machines in question you're considering? All of these things matter and if you want a clear and concise answer, then you'll have to provide us with something to work with. Frankly, at the price difference as minor as $40, it's probably worth it due to the higher turbo speed, the 4700U is probably worth it regardless thanks to its higher turbo boost, since the only trade off is the lower maximum memory capacity....which, you will be bottlenecked far before you hit either limit.
