faster multicore. better manufacturing proces. important for competition (as Intel otherwise sleeps on rhe laures). less heat- and noise-issues. environment-friendly.

It is more latest as well as single core performance is better

Just the ***** single-core, the 4700u has more cores and the price is cheaper, more energy-efficient and ECC support.
