T14 comes with a built in RJ45 wired ethernet network port. The T14s does not. Instead the T14s has a 2nd thunderbolt port in very close proximity to a lenovo proprietary network adapter port. I believe the the port combination is specifically designed for use with a Lenovo docking station. In normal use it is impossible to have both a usb-c adapter plugged into this 2nd thunderbolt port and Lenovo unique ethernet adapter plugged in at the same time. There are videos out there describing how to shave down the ethernet adapter cable fitting so you can use both ports. Not an issue for wireless only users, but if you have need for wired connection the T14 is the better option
