Many people report AMOLED burn-in & purple spot (cell damage) on Galaxy M21 - in India & Bangladesh - mfg in 2020 & early 2021. As it looks like M21 & M31 use different PWM frequencies & also vertical height is a bit different both are not using same display. Also M31 display is HDR certified apparently. And that Samsung service centers have taken money from them citing user damage or alleged water damage. It is to be noted that obviously service centers have not opened the sets in front of the customer while checking liquid damage indicator stickers & they themselves can put a drop of water on them.
