I have the Note 10 Pro (UK) my daughter has the 10T Pro (Germany). My phone has the problem that it locks itself, the screen goes to sleep DURING INCOMING CALL, very annoying...! we both don't have PROXIMITY SENSOR in our settings - BUT SHE DOESN'T HAVE THAT PROBLEM with her 10T Pro. Can someone shed light on this, please?
