This chipset is 5G enabled so can peak d/l at 3.7 Gbps and u/l at 1.6Gbps. It's part of the designed performance of the X52 modem. Those figures quoted above in the article are for LTE A (4G) not 5G. Mind you in real life just shy of 700 Mbps is what you might actually see in 2021 depending on location.
