SoC-L rates this GPU to 7.5TFLOPS and they have historically been more accurate than nanoreview.
Irony is, SoC-L usually gave lower numbers for Snapdragon chips than what was published here, and then nanoreview corrected itself to those numbers later on.
This time it is the opposite

Why does efficiency core boost around 5.0 Ghz and not the performance cores?
Just think about it, 12 Efficiency cores boosting to 5Ghz and 6 performance cores boosting to 3.6Ghz.
The X2 Elite Extreme is excellent in terms of processors, but its graphics processing unit (GPU) is the worst; there's no difference between it and the Dimensity 9500. They should upgrade the graphics to 6 or 8 cores.
This is not true at all. You cannot compare a mobile CPU to a laptop CPU. Firstly, this is an efficient chip, with battery life as a main priority. Second, it is competing with chips like the M4 and Intel Core series. Yeah, a 100hp bike will be faster than a 100hp car because the bike has less mass to push. X2 GPU accesses LPDDR5x memory at up to 134 GB/s. The Dimensity 9500's memory bandwidth is about 77 GB/s. That's over 70% more bandwidth for the X2 to feed its graphics cores, which is critical for gaming. In controlled demos, the X2 GPU runs Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p with playable frame rates. No smartphone GPU, including the Dimensity 9500's, can run this full desktop game. Adding more cores to a phone-like design wouldn't work in a laptop; it would be inefficient. The X2's GPU design is optimized for its laptop power envelope and Windows software. Also, the fact that one is designed to handle multiple external monitors even in 4K.
wanderlite, I agree with you, but A (GPU) is hinders CPU example similar to having a car with a 1000-horsepower engine but with a transmission that limits its top speed to 120 kilometers per hour. Also, for the processor to utilize its full power, it needs a graphics card that is four times more powerful.

correction the mentioned e cores are actually prime cores and are more powerful and efficient than its p-cores there are 12 prime cores running at 4.4GHz base clock and 6 p-cores running at 3.6GHz at base clock. Similar to 8 elite SOC without any e-cores cuz they say the p-cores are efficient enough that it matches the efficiency of e-cores.
I'm afraid to imagine what the price of this thing will be... The potential is enormous compared to its predecessors, although it has an immense utility for what proposes the compatibility of some programs and games sometimes leave something to be desired, but it is only a matter of time (and money;-;). I'm not an expert on chipsets, but I imagine how much that might be needed for people who can't fit MacBooks.
The chip screams it's expensive. Wonder what the price of laptops with this SoC will be. Also, good on Qualcomm on for improving on their CPU design but this just showed their GPUs won't compare to Apple's anytime soon.

i guess there is a mistake in checking out r23 multicore score it might score above 30000 cuz otherwise it makes no sense to have 1900+ multicore score on cinebench2024

SS!, yeah to think of if they can make a hexacore GPU this powerful enough if they go all the way to 16-24 core gpu then it might get equivalent to apple's m series 40-core gpu.
