Touchscreen - Not required. OLED - It's overkill. I would rather have better battery life.

Agreed. If you are not using it for video/photo editing or UX/UI design, it's a bit overkill for a small laptop. Most of the targeted market, sales/consultants/managers, for this product, are fine with 1200p IPS. The PPI for this is on par with a 4k display on a 27-inch monitor.
