POOR: I find the battery life is poor, maybe 2-3 hours of use when unplugged. Screen display quality seems poor for the 16 inch screen. My 12 year old laptop seems to have a better screen quality to watch videos. LIKE: I do like the backlit keyboard with bigger keys, offset arrow keys. Larger screen size is better. Like the ethernet port. Could use a dedicated 4th USB port. Like having a second slot for storage when I can add another NVMe M.2. Like the privacy switch to close the camera. Should be an OK laptop for average user.

I think this computer's battery life is very unpredictable; it sometimes lasts four or five hours, and sometimes only two or three hours when running the exact same load, which is very strange.
