I would still go for CMF phone 1, with cheaper price. it provides better value

And the NFC. So if you planned to pay with your phone, well, with the CMF 1 you can't. Also, CMF 1 is less waterproof. IP52 means "Dripping water when tilted at 15" while IP54 is "Splashing of water".

In my consideration CMF 1 offers more value as a predecessor. CMF 2 pro is just a slight upgrade in terms of camera , nothing else.
