Kindly check the spec sheet again There isn't that big difference in cameras.

Serhii, Practically there is the difference of wide angle camera. Which is not that big deal. And there is another difference between these divces is performance and gaming. Realme 13 plus support 90 fps in pubg while vivo v40e support 60 fps
