The 15c is better in Battery category with 33W and 6000mAh while 14c is better camera wise. The main sensor is slightly bigger in the 14c (0.34" vs 0.36") while the front camera on the 14c is again better as it's got better resolution. While the Display is brighter on the 15c, the 14c has more pixels. The 15c has a longer software support (1 year) as it's newer.
