Based on that Antutu GPU score, it's using the Adreno 610, a by now 5 year old budget GPU that will struggle badly in anything but the lightest games ever and web browsing.
Keep in mind that it will only get worse in the future.

Fascinating to see they still manufacture a sub 400K chip in 2024. This chip is basically unservicable nowadays.
If you are REALLY in a budget, then go for Helio G99 as it has completed it's research and development cycle and is a reliable and cheap (because its old and mediatek) chip while being 10% stronger than this one.
Not to mention, the chip here is manufactured with Samsungs litography which means bad thermals and inconsistency (Samsung has improved their manufacturing with Exynos 1480 though but I dont trust them a budget chip)
