I looked for it but literally couldn't find a single difference. Didn't know AMD did things like this. For the desktop CPUs, there were at least some small (mainly regarding the quality of the chip, so different max frequencies) differences when they renamed products.

Ryzen 7 170 is literally just a reskin of the 7735HS

They also rebadged the 7520u/7320u as Ryzen 5 40/ Ryzen 3 30

and the 7735hs was a rebrand of the 6800h (2022)
