Even though the Intel Ultra 7 165U CPU has better battery life, most of the laptops it comes with add too many battery absorbing features that make the battery life worse than Intel i7 1365U. Also, single core performance matters more for people on the go. Thus, I would take a laptop with Intel i7 1365U overs the Intel Ultra 7 165U. The Intel Ultra H series laptops are just as good for battery life and far better for multi-core performance when compared to Ultra U series CPUs.
