Cinebench R23 results are inaccurate due to translation layers. Cinebench 2024 represents the actual potential of the CPU if it can be fully utilized, equating to about 33k in Cinebench R23 multicore and 2.9k in single-core (far above any x86 CPU).

It doesnt work like that, it is not native x86 so it has to be translation layer, so there is no "actual potential" in CB23
