4060 mobile's voltage is maximum at 1010 mV @2300-2400 Mhz default, while 4060 desktop is at 1060 mV 2800 Mhz (zotac).

To be fair 2800 Mhz ZOTAC is OC version. While laptop can be OC too, depends on the lucky I can get 2700Mhz while some of other gets 2800mhz. So 1010 mV 2700-2800 Mhz vs 1060 mV 2800Mhz. Literally no difference

Rtx 4060 desktop is of course more powerful and more stable in performance in the long run because of the better cooling of a desktop and bigger components.

No? A laptops cooling could hold 160-200W shared, GPU's power is only 100-115W in most games. My laptop could handle the 4060 115W with temp below 70°C. Don't u dare sayin 70 is hot, the tjunction is at 86. "Long run" yes I'm on long run gaming session 4 hours of delta force
