I'd rather buy 5060M 115W laptop because it's %95 same as desktop + it's portable if you can find a great deal you can get it cheaper than desktop version

Closer with overclocking, Not really even with overclock it's still getting noticably lower FPS than desktop version...

​I watched comparison videos of both variants there's like a 10-15 FPS difference, and overclocking won't close a gap that big. Also, the CPU and RAM your GPU is paired with matters, because that can affect your FPS.
