ok 5060 is good but in raw performance 4070 wins but 5060 is also really close similar performance and I would say 5060 is worth it cause it runs well on my new PC it has 5060 intel ultra 9 275hx 32gb ram 240hz 2560x1600 1TB SSD and yea theirs more but just basic stuff.

You should go for 5060 because of power efficiency and DLSS. 4070 is not available most of the time and people are charging way to much for it.
