the only real advantage of the 6600 over the 5700XT is the hardware support for fsr4 and rt, all of the other can be dealt with software and behavior of a knowing user. for example, limiting your fps to 60 by itself already makes the 5700XT consume consistently less than 140w, then you can undervolt, overclock, mess with windows priorities with processlasso, and so on... and altho you can do this to the 6600 as well, it will always have the ~110w hard limit impeding software oc boost mostly, the 224gbs limit wich hurt the already small 8gb vram in higher resolutions (1440p and up), and the 8 pcie lanes limit wich locks it to more modern (more expensive) pcs if you want all it can give or use it as an external gpu. for a set and forget system it is appealing, but i think the 5700XT is the better product if you have the brains.

If you favor raw performance the RX 5700XT is the winner but by a small margin. However if you favor efficiency and less noise the RX 6600 destroy the 5700XT by a lot for a small performance loss. If you have a small case or inefficient airflow or live at a place where electricity cost is high you better go with the RX6600.

No you are wrong. Efficiency in watts is very little important and the RX 6600 doesn't destroy the 5700XT in noise levels by a lot but the noise levels that the RX 5700XT and RX 6600 makes is around the same. The RX 5700XT is quiet you need to have thermal paste that is enough to keep the temperature in good levels and airflow in the pc case like every graphics cards need like the RX 6600 to keep the temperature good ( though pc case airflow is less important but it does effect the temperature). The watts difference is very small even if you live in a country that the bill price is high the only thing you need to pay attention is the power supply watts rating.
