Well, on the crucial matters, they're almost tied, but on the non-crucial ones, which are still important, Apple wins. But because you can run Linux on it and it has Windows 11 on it, it gives you more freedom in what you can download and how free you're to interact with your computer, and because I don't have other Apple devices, the Apple ecosystem thing is also not a big deal for me, therefore I suggest buying the Vivobook, if you want a laptop for your studies, coding and you care about your wallet.
