Outside of RAM and CPU performance, the base iPhone 17 beats the base Samsung S26. Samsung does well with the Ultra smartphones, but the base models have been ignored over the past 3 iterations. If not a Samsung Ultra, get a Google Pixel or OnePlus among Android base model phones.

Well we have to wait until they're done with testing the S26 series although it's ridiculously disappointing that Samsung is still using 1080p on their base models in big 2026 🥀 🥀 🥀
