Outside of price and IP ranking, the Z Fold Ultra is better. 200 mp main camera with RAW photo option, 3x telephoto zoom, 3 apps open for multi-tasking, 8k 30hz HDR recording, and lighter to carry. The 200 mp main camera can be turned into a selfie camera. Add on the customization option with "Good Lock" app.
