I have both phones as of Sep 2024. What you said is just not right. Nord 3 feels more fluent than the POXO X6 pro almost in all depratments. Where Poco is better this is brightness, and especially in HDR mode. Howver Nord 3 has more realistic overall color reproduction when viewing 2k/4k

I own both phones, and in my opinion, the X6 Pro is the superior option. Its speed and fluidity are commendable, and the user interface is smoother compared to the Nord 3. It's an overall well-rounded phone. Despite reviews claiming that the Nord 3 has a better battery life, this hasn't been my experience. In fact, I'm finding that the X6 Pro actually has a longer battery life. The Nord 3's battery drains quickly, to the point where it barely provides me with 6 hours of active screen usage.
