The review between both competors gives a lot of information. The differences are small and the decision depends mostly on own prefererences. However there are in my opinion two more points to take into account. The market price and after sales services. The best price I've seen in the Netherlands is about €980 for the Xiaomi and €1080 for Samsung. So one ahead for Xiaomi. Besides this you can a special camera kit for about €180 which gives the Xiaomi another plus. And the camera kit has also an extra battery department, which helps of course to come away the day with this mobile. But there is one large point in favour of the Samsung and that's at least 7 years of updates and that's far more then 4 years of Xiaomi. That means buying now a Xiaomi you get updates untill 2027. And for the remaining 3 years paying appr. € 1000 or with the camera kit about €1200 is a lot of money. For me at this moment the largest show stopper for buying a Xiaomi 14 ultra...

Xiaomi fans are really very funny. In the past, they used to compare their phones to Samsung as being better because the price is lower. Now, they choose the Xiaomi 14, even though it is more expensive. I really do not understand the meaning of what Xiaomi does with its cameras. If you want a camera without any automatic settings, just press Pro Mode on Samsung. It is really strange that Xiaomi's software rating is 14, better than Samsung's 24, with the presence of the Galaxy AI and many other features. I won't talk about the biggest joke (battery)! 😂😂

Xiaomi 14 Ultra's battery is preferred because of it fast charge. Nowadays people use their phones every time they get the chance and no one would want to leave his or her phone charging for the next 1hour or there about so the Xiaomi's battery is superior Then talking about the UI. You can't just Galaxy's AI to over hype One UI. The HyperOS also has an AI that does it's own functions. Both AIs perform different functions. But in my own opinion HyperOS is the best smartphone OS I've encountered. Lastly I don't know why Samsung phones don't include an infrared port in their phones because I really enjoy using it for my TV when I can't stress myself to locate the TV remote I suggest they start including this feature in their phones

Before spat, make sure it is a reliable "facts". The starting price on Xiaomi that the moderator put here—is misleading. The starting cost of it—according to Xiaomi's official site, is CNY 6,500 ($899). Also, even the titanium edition only cost ¥8,799 ($1,224). Stop tweaking, just stating ✨💕facts💕✨.

Someone said, people don't just need a camera without pro settings. Xiaomi has far superior camera sensors as well as better video capabilities. Also, it's probably one of the few phones to support 4k 120 fps. It's a fact that Xiaomi is always the better camera phone.

And you are the Samsung fan who thinks it is better because it is Samsung, Xiaomi has a better battery and fast charging, and the charger in the box, and AI is irrelevant, do you prefer AI instead of better cameras?

The choice of choosing one of these two phones is critical! The price of Samsung ($1299) can reach Xiaomi's $1499 when you consider getting a good charger, a small secondary phone for accommodating your second SIM. To be honest, I recommend the S24 Ultra for an ordinary user who just has a lot of cash to spend, whereas the 14 Ultra is for a phone expert and enthusiast. Personally, I choose Xiaomi's 14 Ultra for its smooth UI, 68 billion colors, and other specs.

No brainer moves, Fast charger (Xiaomi) vs longer drain battery (Samsung). I would still choose xiaomi, imagine the situation of sleeping 4 hours per day and can give you whole day of energy, compared to samsung, youll need the complete 8 hours sleep to provide you 30 hours of daily energy..

Too much, 1 hour is enough to recharge the battery 100%, and it will certainly last much longer

Samsung still has more market share because they have a ubiquitous presence, and even Xiaomi can't compete with that.

These smartphones share many features, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra surpasses its competitors due to its 90W wired and 80W wireless charging capabilities, as well as its HyperOS. It has far more resources than OneUI.

I just purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra and I regret it. The Samsung S24 Ultra only supports aptX and does not support aptX HD or aptX Adaptive. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is far superior to the Samsung model when it comes to wireless audio.
