If we're strictly talking about gaming performance, iQOO Neo 10 is better than Poco F7, but not by much. To break it down: 1. 12GB RAM vs 16GB RAM might seems like a lot, but in actual practical use there's rarely anything that will use your entire RAM if it's over 8GB. So 12 vs 16 is actually not much of a difference, unlike 8GB vs 12GB. RAM type matters more than actual RAM size in this context, and both phones has the same type 2. Both phones use the same chipset, Snapdragon 8s gen 4. But iQOO has a dedicated "co-processor" they call Supercomputing Chip Q1. Which gives more features for gaming such as frame interpolation and some other things. This is iQOO strongest advantage against Poco, IMO, if you're strictly talking gaming here 3. iQOO Neo 10 have bigger battery size, and bigger charging wattage, hence faster charging time 4. iQOO have better cooling, therefore better performance since the CPU won't be throttled as often because of the heat That's about it. I won't talk about camera since I'm sure people comparing these 2 phones aren't looking for the camera, and I don't really understand camera lol But everything else, Poco have it better IMO. 1. Better build (metal frame and glass back) vs plastic. Therefore better heat dissipation ESPECIALLY if you're planning to use a phone cooler. Not to mention, it's just feels nicer to hold a metal phone compared to plastic 2. Better bluetooth version (v6.0), meaning better compabilities with wireless headphones, headsets, and other peripherals and such 3. Most importantly, better price Personally, the price difference between iQOO and Poco is a dealbreaker for me. The difference alone is enough for me to get extra accessories such as a controller and a cooler to go along with Poco. And while it's true that Xiaomi OS is more prone to ads, there are a lot of debloater/software/guide out there to disable them and make the phone runs smoother. So it's Poco for me Still, if you don't care about any of that and just want to get the best of the two phone for gaming, I recommend iQOO

I guess it has to be F7, price wise, 12/512gb poco are cheaper than neo 10 12/512, build quality wise? Speakers, Frame, Backdoor, even the Ingress protection, Poco wins easily, as F7 uses metal frame with glass back, not to mention it also have an ip68 certification, if you mention the Ui/Os, im very agree that HyperOs is very bad in terms of optimization, though its very customizable it also introduces ads, well i guess ads are just a small price for the phone doesnt it. For Neo 10 ofc it has to be its ui, and also will receive Origin Os update soon (one of the best android ui imo), the battery is 7000mah, and the ui are very optimized and nice (Though neo 10 thermal threshold arent as high as F7) 7K VC, 7K mah battery, i guess thats it? Cmiiw, its just my opinion

Bullshit 🤬.... Love Poco phones but let's call a spade a flipping spade here 🤷🏿‍♂️... Iqoo has more gaming features and more (actual) in game optimizations than Poco F7... I mean come on 😒... Gaming & overall performance wise iqoo neo 10 while premium build, flagship feel & everything else in my opinion ESPECIALLY OS cause hyper OS is well optimized on most flagship/near flagship Poco phones than origin OS on iqoo neo 10 🤓☝️

A flagship phone is defined by its overall quality — including fast charging, high-performance chipset, premium build (with better thermal management), cleaner software with minimal bloatware, and superior camera performance. It’s also reflected in the base variant’s price. While both phones may share the same chipset, the Poco F7 has poor thermal performance, excessive bloatware, and an average camera. In contrast, iQOO offers a more balanced experience expected from a flagship. If a brand claims to make a performance-centric phone, they should ensure efficient thermal design and optimize power consumption — since poor power management leads to faster battery drain and overheating. No hate intended — I just shared a genuine perspective. Hope it helps! 😊
