I don't think it's a very good idea to go with all performance cores π
Because while A725 is very efficient core and it's said that it'll use less power than efficiency core because it'll complete tasks in fraction of time as compared to tiny A520πΆ core π€₯π€₯
But tasks like background syncing or checking for incoming messages or calls are so lightweight.....that this logic falls apart π€₯
Even keeping a single of these A725π€ core awake at it's lowest power would consume more or same power as a tiny coreπΆ at probably it's highest power
Atleast 2-3 efficiency cores would be nice π€π€¦π€‘

It will destroy multi core if they put efficiency core. And actually it's better they put all Big core than have efficiency core because it's waste of power, efficiency and performance if they put

Lei, Well I'm not saying that putting efficiency cores won't hurt multi core....but I would like to trade for it with maybe 3 efficiency cores πΆ... because while latest A725 are very efficient.....they are hugeπ€..... and for constant background activities efficiency cores would be better.....
Offcourse for quick bursts... latest performance cores π€ can do tasks faster consuming less power than efficiency coresπΆ...... for short bursts....but I have seen some devices where it backfires.... because we need to acknowledge that even keeping those huge performance cores active requires very similar amount of energy efficiency cores can consume while running near maximum power

It's a very good idea. Messages and calls are handled by the modem, which has Cortex-A55 cores.

Manufacturing process is upgraded to N4P from N4E/N4C (Dimensity 8400/8450). GPU frequency maxes out at 1500 MHz. Should comfortably beat 8s Gen 4 in GPU and but would fall short on SC CPU Score.

I wonder if Dimensity 8500 can able run Wuthering Waves with frame gen. D8500 really powerful TBH you can run all mobile triple A games on it. And also how D8500 perform on Where Wind Meets. Snapdragon8s gen 4 run well on WWM.Hoping D8500 can do same to. TBH, D8500 on paper can outperform SD 8s gen 4 and hoping D8500 won't disappointing as the moment it release on global phone market.
Base on its gpu score, it had 5-10% lower score than SD 8s Gen 4 and SD 8 Gen 3, but it had better Antutu Benchmark, which i can say can compete equally or better than the 2 SD Chips.

Try forcing it using config if it works
Since it has MFRC like Dimensity 8400 and Dimensity 9400
Mfrc is the frame gen
The only thing we don't know whether it works on Dimensity 8400 series MFRC or its only Limited on Flagship version MFRC

RandomGuy, Dimensity 8400-8500 tend to have issue if you force to enable the frame gen in Wuwa thruo config its not 100% gurantee you to get fully working frame gen, you'll a bunch of graphics issue like flickering etc... TBH, most player don't often do config on game files you know how complicated just to get access the app data. Doubt the Kuro will give frame gen o
support on Dimensity 8400~8500 because its flagship exclusive even it has MFRC plugin on it. We don't have high hopes Dimensity 8500 will have frame gen. Even Snapdragon 8s gen 4 don't have frame gen support even it has Snapdragon Game Super Resolution(SGSR plugin) needed for frame gen.

Aju, 100% probabbly game devs like Kuro will never give frame gen support on like Dimensity 8400,8500 and its counterpart like 8s gen 4 on Wuwa mobile. You know why its hardware compability constraint. Phone market have some part but hardware is the biggest factor why those game dev never give frame gen support. Jugding people who did a config tweak, you'll never get same level of frame gen efficiency like Snapdragon Elite does without having unexpected stuttering and glitches.
