Seems every index is better in i5-1137G7 than i7-10510U. But I do not know why the power consumption is so high for this i5 (11th gen, 10nm) compared to i7-10510U, 10th gen 14nm).

It is because of what you said: 10nm compared to 14nm in which the 10nm produces less heat, more efficient and thus more headroom for power.

James, He's asking why the 11th Gen i5 1135G7, which is 10nm, has higher power consumption than the 14nm 10th Gen i7 10510U. It should be the other way around.
