Both are excellent CPUs for mini-PCs. The M4 works a bit better for photo editing & video editing. The Intel Ultra 5 235H is better for 1080p gaming and 2nd best for photo/video editing. Since the Intel Ultra 5 235H has full X86 software compatibility, I would pick that personally. For professional photographers, the M4 is the better choice.
