Great to see more ARM CPUs now supporting Windows and also Linux. Competition is good for consumers. And I will enjoy the R&D abs moving software from x64 to ARM.

Winner goes to the M3 Pro chip. Beats the Snapdragon X Elite in single core, multi-core, and battery life. For those not into Apple for whatever reason, now you have a non-Apple alternative that has elite battery life as a saving grace. Also, the Ryzen 7000s/8000s series CPUs are good alternative choices too.

Nice, 23W is the rated power consumption for the processor. It will go higher depending on the power plan you use. This is sort of how Intel has 45W chips that use about 110W sometimes. Apple's processors are thermally throttled due to their unique fan profile, so they are not going to do much.

I think Snapdragon can do better with 50W TDP, when can be used for pc too

I think it much better to have both 50W TDP and 23W, 50W when you don't care about battery life and 23W in case you need the battery to not die.
