No it doesn't? the only reason it beats it is the DLSS 4.0 go watch the reviews of most high end tech tubers... your full of it. The only thing that the 5070 (which i have the PNY 5070 OC triple fan vs my old MSI 3080 TI Trio 12gb) is power delivery... there is literally less than 5% overall and you can't even see that difference without software telling you that its slower.... seriously. The only thing that is restricting the 3080 TI is Nvidia putting a halt on there DLSS support not the card itself https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqIf5yvQdbc go look for yourself and educate before making a bold statement like this.

The Nvidia RTX 5070 beats it in most categories, except memory bandwidth and raw TFLOPS. Faster VRAM, less TGP watts, DLSS4, 12 cuda cores, blender, and Machine Learning. For actual gaming, it outperforms before factoring in DLSS upscaling.
