According to me: 5g chipset rating: ©Dimensity -- 700 then 810 then 800u then 900 then 920 mid range chipset of dimensity. ©Snapdragon -- 750g then 765 then 765g then 778 then 778g mid range chipset of Snapdragon. I prefer ISP and shading units. Which explore the processor power whether it GPU or CPU. I mean it's useless when u have power but don't have the source to execute that. So power is not everything for me unless we have source to use the best of it.

Damm stop living in 2018😂 Helio series were more focused on performance over battery But this new dimensity series are focused on both battery and performance Both are 7nm and battery life are almost same All it depends upon UI now

Shlddnmy, Nah it uses 10 watt TDP which of course drains more battery

DDDD, Imagine getting butthurt over a simple criticism that is true at the time of the comment. Listen. You are not the creator of MediaTek. No one but you cares about your situation. Snapdragon is worse. So what? Mediatek is worse. So what? Neither matters. You're being BUTT HURT over insecurity that you're forced to use MediaTek in your life because of your circumstances. Both are good, stop insulting products.

Media Tek is going in the right direction but now I choose the CPU which does not drain the battery and has quite good performance. MT D1000 + would already be better than Snapdragon 765G

Wews, You should note that the results are only average value and it serves as a reference only since there's a lot of factors that can affect it, including OEMs' optimization, developers' optimization and etc. Thus, to be fair, it can be said that the 800U is on par with 765G with minor differences, which probably can't be seen unless the users compare it.

Wews, Mobile games are hella unoptimized And mobile phone don't have better thermal And you are referring to those fps chart🤦 Poco x3 (732g) can give average fps of 38fps for certain time but after long play the fps drops to as low as 1(too much frame skips) and the average fps drops again For phone gaming comparison always look for build quality and game optimization then look for processor.
