As it seems, only one who uses LPDDR6 24bit is XR O3 .. the world first lpddr6 memory, and it's made by CXMT China! 🏆

https://youtu.be/2q1pA55yvfY?t=775 The only chip that is able to match the Xring O3 in efficiency is the A20 pro

some person, Thanks for info, and must be emphasized, all that efficiency is from 3nm, over a top 2nm chip, an bravura!

4.7k Single core? Is there any source of it? If this is true then they even out perform M5 chip in SC with this one very impressive.

Currently the ram is listed as 4x24 bit. I think since it’s still LPDDR5X it’ll be 6x16 bit

This chip is definitely desktop class. Apple nailed it. I see the memory is 12GB of LPDDR5X-10667 in Quad channel (24-bit per channel) memory interface. I guess I'll see this chip be in MacBook Neo in March 2028 if Apple sticks to that release.

Oh, I remembered M6 had a base 16GB RAM model where it's still using LPDDR5X-9600, so A20 Pro is actually using that RAM too, it seems. Welp.

The chip is definitely a beast but it doesn’t have 24 bit bus. It uses LPDDR5X - 9600 with 6 channels each having 16 bit width. The bandwidth is slight higher than LPDDR6 - 10667 cause more channels compensate for smaller width

If Apple improves the thermals on the next Neo, even with A19 Pro, it’ll be an even better option than its predecessor. 12gb of memory will be the biggest upgrade to many.

Serhii, 6*16bit LPDDR5X only supports bus width of 16 bit. It is LPDDR6 that has 24bit bus width.
