I think Ryzen 7 6800H is better as it has higher TDP than 6800HS.

Oops! Your review starts : "We compared two 8-core CPUs: the 3.2 GHz AMD Ryzen 7 6800HS (desktop) against the 3.2 GHz Ryzen 7 6800H (laptop)." BUT according to AMD who should know both are laptop processors. Doesn't really make sense for a desktop cpu to use less power.
