Both are excellent, but the H series is always superior to the HS series.

I upgraded from 10300H i5 with 1650 ti GTX to 7735 HS with RTX 4050 man it is really night and day difference.

7735HS has ECC support which is preferable for serious servers

If you got already have 6800h, no need to upgrade to 7735hs. Nothing diff. Like 4050 vs 3060.
