It took a 8 years for intel iGpu to catch up with AMD 😐from the broadwell to the Cometlake the Intel GPUs almost stay the same..from HD520 to UHD620/G1

Intel 9 Ultra 185H CPU is a nice competitor in battery preservation. The Arc iGPU with 8 cores is more powerful than an M2 Air based on TFLOPs. Unfortunately, the iGPU still doesn't compete with Radeon 780M with 8 TFLOPs of power. The Ryzen 9 8945HS with a 2600/13000 single & multi-core Geekbench 6 scores are fast computation for mid-size laptops.

alderlake12th, the problem of AMD is idle power compsumtion quite high, but medium-heavy tasks are cooler and more stable on top performance than Intel. Intel try to optimize their usage while Amd take advantage on 4nm Fabrication. plug power adapter: AMD 100% win, battery: I prefer Intel to AMD - 9.5 - 8.5
