The new Nvidia RTX 5090 destroys the best of the M4 Max GPU. Even if it was doubled (M4 Ultra), it would still get left in the dust performance wise. The only advantage is the power efficiency for the M4 Max. 62 watts for 18.4 TFLOPS is far more efficient than needing 575+ watts for 108 TFLOPS. Western Europe is going through an energy crisis, so the Nvidia RTX 5090 would destroy someone's electric bill in western Europe.
