We just need sli back... If we still had sli we could link two 5070s together and get the same results as a 5090 for half the price

If you need to play any game at 4k ultra at 60fps then go for rtx 5080 buf if you more fps go for two rtx 5080 rather than buying 1 rtx 5090 ,you can provide better cooling for two rtx 5080 and rtx 5090 cost same as two rtx 5080 . Now it's your choice be normal or be smart

I can't in good faith ever recommend the Nvidia RTX 5090. 575 watts is too much, and it has legit example cases of people's GPUs catching fire. The Nvidia RTX 5080 with it's 320 watts consumption is more than enough to play 99% of PC games in 4k resolution with 60+ FPS and do professional engineering tasks at a high level. Save your money, enjoy your gaming experience, possibly get a promotion or build something great at your job, and don't burn down the home/workplace in the process.
