Why did the Dimensity 1000+'s scores get worse from 88 to 83? Is it because the K30 Ultra got released?

Why is there a huge difference in download speed? Is there an expression in the term wrong, or is what is meant to be said is the maximum download speed in Dimensity 1000 Plus, while the performance is better for Snapdragon.
