If simulation where CPU cache and memory bandwidth are saturated or matters. 7950X3D (Locked to V-Cache cores) < 7800X3D < 5800X3D < 7900X3D (Locked to V-Cache cores) < 13900KS < 13900K < 13900F/Normal

Although the Intel 13900k is a bit faster, we can expect a better socket AM5 lifetime in order to be able to make future upgrades.

7950X3D is expensive but shows better results in some video games. And if you want to use CPU in advanced applications then you should go with the cheaper 7950X (non-3D).

I'll probably choose AMD Ryzen 9 7950x3d as it has a better value for money ratio as compared to intel core i9 13900k. hope it helps.
