I don't believe these Intel 14th generation processors, proposed for laptops in 2024, are worth buying. Essentially, we're talking about a repackaged CPU from the last generation – the 13th gen. Moreover, there hasn't been any announcement about an Nvidia 40 Super variant for laptops this year. These factors make investing in a new gaming laptop rather unwise at the moment. The smarter move would be to hold out for the upcoming Intel 15th generation processors, accompanied by the new RTX 50 laptops expected to arrive in 2025.

Though, 15 gen + RTX 50 will be more expensive, right?

aaaa, Way more expensive. Buying last gen gaming laptop is throwing money out of the window, you get like 5-10% performance improvement for 50-80% more money. Be smart get a good deal, screw the hype its all marketing.
