It's very clear that if you want a powerful processor, then you don't care for the input power. If you care for the input power, then you need to rethink for a powerful processor or low power consumption and a cool laptop. If you use the high-performance 155H CPU vs 155U series, battery support life will be halved due to the TDP of both CPUs being different.

Ture, all important is about performance per watt, i have ZenBook duo with 155h, always noisy fan and hot, i wish 155u in my laptop with silent and cool performance but...

I don't get it. What's the point of the U series if both of them have the same power efficiency? Definitely, I will go with the H series with a more powerful CPU and IGPU. 🀷

7 155U 15W (28W boost), igpu 14W 7 155H 28W (42W boost), igpu 28W Instead buy 7 7840U 15W , igpu 15W (better than Arc 8C 28W , 7 155H igpu)

seal, Not really, look at Raptor Lake processors. Their iGPUs are slow as molasses
