For power efficiency, yes. In performance, not so much. A lead that isn't noticeable (less than 5%) by a normal human eye.

ARC will have a couple of niche advantages in encoding and decoding, depending on adoption and support. Otherwise, the two devices are really close. However, Intel is trailing behind. Both are going to consume more power than advertised, which really has to give the 4nm chip an edge. Intel has a pretty significant cache advantage, which is probably why it can still compete. At the end of the day, it really is about flops per watt. When these get benchmarked at locked-down power, we will see who the true winner is. I've purchased the Dell 8845HS. Both Intel and Asus need to step up their game!

Ultra are processors ideally suited for business laptops - better battery and better iGPU. 8845HS are laptops more efficient in multithreading for more productive tasks. In a gaming laptop it is better to take the 8845HS. In a business laptop it will certainly be the Ultra.

Not really, 8845HS is more power efficient as its built on 4nm while 155H is built on 7nm. Even the 8840hs will walk over the park on 155h.

On almost every benchmarking video, the 780M is always superior to ARC graphics.

It is quite the opposite mate. Intel Ultra has more cores thand AMD Ryzen 7. MT tasks will work better on Intel due to the core count being higher. More cores = more power consumption. AMD will give you a longer battery life(+10/15%). Intel ARC on the Ultra proccesor model will give you better performance but a max 10% compared to AMD's 780M.
