Intel Core Ultra has an NPU, why don't you include the NPU in this benchmark?

The 14900ks does not have an NPU (Neural Processing unit), but the Ultra 185h does. Because one CPU does not have an NPU, it would be unfair to compare them both. NPU's are also a very new and modern accelerator, that's also why the developer(s) at 'nanoreview.net' decided not to include the NPU score and benchmark.
