I think it comes down to the price because A14 has just released and would be on full price, but you can get Legion at much cheaper. Also, Asus already had lot of experience in the 14" gaming laptops segment while legion is gen 1 in this segment, something to keep in mind. But overall legion feels premium and slightly bugger but A14 comes in with more performance with a few build quality / display sacrifices.
