You can change the OS version for the A03S as it was also updated to 5.1 core. I can confirm because I got the updated myself, in the UK at least.

Hi there, I need you to change some specifications for the A04s, first is the display type from PLS TFT to PLS LCD, second is the Bluetooth feature, please add the A2DP Bluetooth feature, third is the GPS, please remove the GPS, Beidou and add the A-GPS and BDS GPS, forth and lastly is the color for the A04s, please add the copper color, which is basically is the orange color, that's all the specifications that I need you to change for the A04s, next is for A03s, first is the display type from PLS TFT to PLS LCD, second is the battery type from Li-Ion to Li-Po battery, third is the GPS, please remove the GPS, Beidou and add the A-GPS and BDS, forth and lastly is the NFC feature, the A03s can support the NFC feature (market, region dependent), that's all the specifications that I need you to change it this is all 100% real specifications for the international model, please change it.
