Had the 12t for 2 years still fit for purpose and got 13t still good tech great all round phone and would personally rate it well above iPhones and samsungs as I've had both in the past

Based on the rarity of the Xiaomi 13T's stock in my country (due to its extreme popularity), I would recommend the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G as a nice alternative. However, if you can spare an extra $32, and have a way to acquire the Xiaomi 13T, or the patience to wait for it to restock, it may be worth it.
