Why is the GPU compute score for the Dimensity 7020 so poor when technically, the Dimensity 7020 should be superior?

yeah, dimensity 7020's GPU is screaming bottleneck but they still released it so it is to no surprise it's bad at gpu reliant games, this SoC cannot run where wind meets, it crashes and gives up half way the tutorial, lol.
