FAQ Q.Is there any difference in gaming performance? A. NO, there is no significant difference, 7 gen 3 will have a slight edge in terms of raw power but 7s has better battery life and hence will last longer. Q. What is the purpose of 7s and 7 and 7+? A. 7s is power optimized ,consuming low power slightly trading for performance, while 7+ is basically a overclocked 7 which higher clock speeds and gpu , 7 is just a normie. Q. Will I see any difference in gaming or daily task in all these? A. No in day to day tasks there is negligible difference, in gaming more or less there is only 5 +/- fps in demanding games The only difference you will see between these are when they are pushed to limits by tasks like video encoding, switch emulation (8 gen 2 recommended) . Please do not go by antutu scores, those are just brainwash numbers Go for reviews which show real-life usage or articles which detail heavy tasks like mentioned above. Playing pubg or genshin won't determine if it's best for gaming or not Use a winlator fork to test steam installed game or just side load a 2012 or later game to see if it runs with dx10+ Post 2020 most processor even from lower end can run all games available on playstore so there only question is , what else can my phone processor do? When this question pops then you gotta worry about numbers , gpu, drivers, clock speeds and processor variants Otherwise keep calm and pick any phone you like the looks for. Only people with specific tasks need to worry about specific hardware.

Could anyone who has tried both 7s Gen 3 and 7 Gen 3 tell the performance difference in gaming? Is 7 Gen 3 much faster than 7s Gen 3 or the difference is unnoticeable?

Hello, 7 Gen 3 is better if you play Gpu demanding games like Genshin impact, Wuwa , Honkai, etc and also emulation games..... but if you play competitive games only like bgmi, pubg, codm,etc... then not much noticeable difference.....

Stagnation. Most of these SOCs are more or less at the level of 778g from 2021. Too much skus too small of a difference

Their not much difference, cpu r kind of same only the clock speed and architecture r diff. and essential diff is the gpu which changes from 720 to 810... 7th gen to 8 gen...only.

It’s supposed to be a lower version of the SD 7 gen 3, however they seem to be exactly the same thing with an identical performance!

It's not. The 8s gen 3 doesn't support 4K60, and it's modem has lower download speeds.

..., Yes, but it's so confusing because 7s Gen 3 has a better CPU and GPU core but still scores lower than 7 Gen 3. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«
