I'm currently using a phone with the Dimensity 900 chipset, while my friend has the Poco X3 with the Snapdragon 860. However, in terms of performance, my phone launches games and apps faster than his. While the Snapdragon 860 is a good chip, it has a considerably slow RAM speed, which leads to occasional bugs. On the other hand, my Dimensity 900 doesn't experience such issues. Though there's a saying that "old is gold," it doesn't necessarily win against the newer, more advanced chips. The A76 is a solid chip, but it can't quite compete with the A78 due to differences in speed and marketing. For instance, the Dimensity 900 opens PUBG and many other games faster than the Snapdragon 860.

900 because it uses cortex a78 core and 860 uses a76 . Definitely a78 >>> a76

More modern sure. But way underpowered compared to 860. Memory bandwidth and GPU strength are half the battle and 900 has half of both.

I do not think that the difference in the total use is perceived from day to day, but when you change to game mode here the 860 is still higher, and that is why my vote goes to the 860 I think that the optimization makes it a better chip despite its disadvantages due to the passage of time

I feel like the 900 is better due to 5g and fast disk speed. The overall best user experience will be in 900. If u are a gamer go for 860

The 860 has almost double memory bandwidth. It's not even close. The 860 is better in everything except wireless and efficiency.

I began my emulation journey on Android with the Poco X3 Pro, before getting myself an Odin with the D900. I'm quite fond of the D900; it flawlessly emulates everything up to and including the DC, N64, and PSP, even when significantly upscaled. Both processors handle PS2 and GC/Wii well at resolutions up to 2.5x. The SD860's only advantage is its better, or rather quicker, optimization of emulators, primarily for 3DS and Switch. Based on my experience using both the Poco and the Odin Lite, I'd have to say that the D900 is severely underrated.

Sepp, Funny, I had the same experience with the same devices. I prefer the d900 with every emulator but 3DS and Switch. D900 is highly underrated.
